This is the Science Blog, here you can find important information for the class. Each quiz is about a specific topic of the class, you have the material like the guide, notebook and videos here for getting 10. All of them are in English, but can be that some quiz is with a word in spanish, so the teacher will say you when you can use spanish in the quiz.

Topics for the first term

WEEK 2 (JANUARY 20TH - JANUARY 24TH)

Dear families, welcome to this wonderful year.

This week (on friday 24th), we have a diagnosis quiz about all the topics of 3rd grade. Review the topics and prepare your mind for getting a 10. Don't worry if you lose the diagnosis quiz because the score will be keeping in account wheter you have 10.

In this week, we have studied what a living thing is and what the levels of organization are.

All the quiz of Science will be on friday, so on friday 31st we have a quiz about living things (included the pages of the book and the notebook)

Dear families, on friday 31st we have the quiz about Living Things and the Levels of Organization in Living Things. Please, check the book and the notebook, there are some activities that can be useful for getting a 10.

Dear families, on monday 10th we have the quiz about Reproduction in plants. Recuerden que el quiz del día viernes se aplazó por ser primer viernes.
Este viernes 14 tenemos quiz de toda la unidad de Living Things.

WEEK 8 (MARCH 2ND - MARCH 6TH)

Familias queridas buenos días,
Debido a la incapacidad docente del día viernes pasado, la evaluación sobre los ecosistemas mencionados arriba se ha aplazado para el día miércoles 4A, 4B Y 4D, y jueves para 4C.
La actividad evaluativa de la semana 8 se hará entre el día viernes 6 y los días lunes 9 y martes 10. Dicha actividad será fuera del aula y se pretende compartir lonchera para luego analizar sus nutrientes. La docente avisará a cada grupo cuando le corresponda su actividad.

WEEK 9 (MARCH 9TH - MARCH 13RD)

Familias queridas buenos días,
Hemos llegado a la semana 9 y en este momento tenemos 6 notas en el 40% y 6 notas en el 20%. En estas semanas se ha realizado la autoevaluación, por favor firmar el formato que va pegado en la agenda.
En esta semana nuestra actividad evaluativa será fuera del aula. El objetivo es realizar un compartir con alimentos y bebidas que traigan los niños, para analizarlos desde la parte nutricional, pues se inicia la unidad #3 del libro que corresponde a "Sistemas del cuerpo humano y Nutrición". Los niños de los 4 grupos deben traer su alimento o bebida para compartir el día lunes 9 de marzo.
